ive been told this isn’t much of a “go-see-a-game” town. the giants are kinda boring, a’s aren’t memorable, and ‘niner games are where to go if you like expensive draft beer and yuppie crowds. the only excitment is found at raiders games- if wear a 49er’s jersey, they say even men will slap me. i guess that’s exciting.

im not being a hypochondriac here (hi mom!). my coworkers totally agreed. my left calf was swollen, tweaked and looked much bigger than my right. what’s a girl to do in a city where walking up 45 degree inclines is the norm AND her personal masseuse (hi chris!) is 3000 miles away?
